Message	If you document the condition of your car before and after it went into the shop, you're telling me there is nothing you could do if they messed up your trim/pannels etc? No way. If they didn't offer to make it right out of court, by either repairing at their own cost or through another shop at their expense, I'd be taking them to court. Especially in this guys case.
